About Jay Ave.

The Architecture of Connection
built for culture.

Every activation, every experience, every talent story, every brand moment is a chance to build belonging. Through our Architecture of Connection™ framework, we design the pathways that move people from curiosity to participation, from participation to relationship, and from relationship to community. We work across food, fashion, art, music, entertainment, television, literary, and sport. Our practice spans experience design, talent curation, brand activation, and cultural production - but our purpose is singular: the human touchpoints that turn audiences into believers.

Jay Ave. was founded in 2026 by Kristen Sciara, Kristin Giese, & Joyce Cadiente who spent decades with their fingers on the pulse of culture, trends, talent, and experiential event creation and execution.

We keep the rooms small on purpose. Everyone in them is chosen on purpose. And the evenings we make — a supper, a reading room, a week in the olive groves — are meant to be memorable in the least conspicuous way we know how.

The through line.
We are not an agency. We do not bill creative hours or chase campaign scope. We partner with agencies who need what they cannot staff.
We are not managers. We do not represent talent or take a cut of what already exists. We build new work alongside them.
We are the connection. One team carrying the relationship across strategy, production, experience and the revenue that follows.
Marketing gives us the reach, the tools and the relationships. It is the foundation we build on — not the business we are in. What we make is the experience.

Co-Founder & Curator

Kristen Sciara

"We don't throw events for the sake of it. At the core, we're chasing something deeper - human connection, fun, and inspiration the kind of touchpoint that stays with you long after. If an experience doesn't leave you thinking, 'I won't forget this anytime soon,' we haven't done our job."

Kristin Giese

A great evening is a series of small kindnesses, rehearsed until they look like coincidence. That is the whole trick.

Connection is the product. The dinner, the retreat, the room — those are just the shapes we happen to pour it into.
